01. Introduction
Welcome to Jiaxing Chuanfoo. By accessing our platform, conducting architectural reviews, or executing procurement contracts, you issue binding consent to comply with the following Terms of Service. These clauses comprehensively govern all supply chain transactions, including custom OEM and ODM manufacturing runs.
02. Use of Website
Users are authorized to leverage this web infrastructure solely to audit technical design variations, request structured RFQ calculations, or coordinate freight operations. Any automated scraping, unauthorized system testing, or kernel disruption triggers immediate access revocation and potential statutory recourse.
03. Products & Custom Orders
All manufacturing solutions are built on a customized, per-project basis. Industrial binding occurs exclusively when our engineering division issues written verification validating structural drawings, load parameters, and cost limits. Procuring entities retain absolute liability for validating the precision of submitted CAD/BIM profiles.
04. Pricing & Payment Terms
All financial routing coordinates directly through institutional channels under specific transactional models:
- 30% Advanced Deposit: Deployed to secure metal/veneer reserves prior to tool staging.
- 70% Residual Balance: Disbursed post-QC clearance, immediately prior to terminal loading or against original Bill of Lading (B/L) release.
Long-term strategic accounts subject to consistent volume metrics can request access to flexible liquidity mechanisms, including L/C at Sight or Open Account (OA) parameters, subject to strict underwriting approval.
05. Production & Lead Time
Standard manufacturing execution cycles span 25 to 45 business days, commencing precisely from the timestamp of deposit locking and shop drawing sign-off.
06. Shipping & Delivery Logistics
Unless explicit parameters state otherwise in the final commercial quote, all logistics align with Incoterms 2020 frameworks, defaulting to FOB Shanghai / Ningbo. Risk vectors and cargo custody transfer seamlessly to the buyer the moment the container sets cross the primary logistics carrier gate.
07. Quality Assurance & Inspection
We operate multi-tier QA gates across the entire fabrication cycle. Buyers hold complete authorization to deploy certified third-party inspectors (including SGS, TÜV, or Bureau Veritas) to run structural evaluations inside our facility prior to final wrapping and freight staging.
08. Warranty & Claims Framework
09. Intellectual Property Security
All architectural designs, structural data sets, and custom specification blueprints submitted to Chuanfoo remain the exclusive property of the buyer. We implement total data silos to prevent industrial leakage, cross-sharing, or unauthorized tool reproduction.
10. Confidentiality
We explicitly support corporate data shielding. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be executed dynamically before sharing prototype models or engineering files. Corporate profiles are never indexed for external marketing without explicit digital clearance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial courts, Chuanfoo's maximum financial liability across any production defect or delay vector is rigidly capped. Total indemnity cannot exceed the net invoice liquidity value received for the specific individual production run.
12. Cancellation & Refund Rules
Once tool setups or raw sheet modifications commence, orders lock permanently and evade standard cancellation options. Cancellations logged post-payment but pre-production incur a fixed 15% processing and material reserving fee to cover administrative overheads.
13. Force Majeure Clauses
We retain immunity against manufacturing freezes driven by events beyond rational operational control, including natural seismic shifts, sovereign embargo modifications, dock worker lockouts, extreme macro material asset shortages, or energy grid gridlocks.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These contractual terms map natively under the statutory framework of the People's Republic of China. Any unresolvable friction or commercial dispute initiates formal arbitration protocols handled through specialized tribunals located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.
